Terms and Conditions for Kinspace

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kinspace mobile application (the “App”) operated by Kinspace.

By downloading, accessing, or using Kinspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Kinspace is designed to help families connect, organize, and share content in a private environment.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or security

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Family Sharing & Content

Kinspace allows you to create private family groups and share content such as messages, photos, tasks, and events.

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload

  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App’s services

  • You are responsible for the content you share and who you share it with

4. Privacy

Your use of Kinspace is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

5. Subscription & Payments (If Applicable)

Some features of Kinspace may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) are owned by Kinspace.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use our branding without permission

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kinspace if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use poses a risk to other users or the App

You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kinspace is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • The App will meet all your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data or content

  • Any damages arising from your use of the App

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Inida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
